Minumums:
Our opening minimum order is $150 and $100 on reorders. Visa, MC, AMEX, and Discover cards are accepted and are the simplest and quickest way to order with no processing delay.

Terms:
To establish credit for subsequent orders, please mail, fax or email one bank reference and three to five business references. Please be sure to include address, phone number, fax number, and name of contact.

Back Orders:
It is our intention and priority to fill all orders in a timely manner. However, on rare occasions we enter into a back order situation on items whose popularity has exceeded our expectations. In order to reduce shipping costs to our customers, we will cancel backordered items totaling less than $100. If you do not want your backorder to be cancelled please contact customer service. You will only be invoiced for merchandise that had shipped.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped UPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. ANCIENT GRAFFITI packs your orders carefully, but please check your shipment on arrival and make any damage claims to UPS or FedEx within 10 days of receipt. All shipments are F.O.B Lake Zurich, IL 60047.

Payment Terms and Other Information:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Merchandise is billed at prices valid at the time of delivery. Established Accounts: Net 30 days. We charge 1.5% interest per month on all accounts past 30 days.
